We promise that your request for any of the above information will not result in any type of consumer discrimination as discrimination of any type is against the Grown Strong way of business. Most of this information is not collected unless you actively provide it to us. And the information that isn’t can be altered through your browser settings, or by contacting us.

We do not “sell” your information as it is commonly understood, but for the purposes of CCPA compliance, we share or sell your information with our email marketing company as well as our third party marketing analytic tools, and other marketing related services as they become necessary.

In the event Buff Chick LLC is sold to a third party the personal information collected from you will be sold with the company. If you do not agree to this please contact us so we can delete your information.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California's Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
