Absolutely! Simply log into your customer account on our website and select "Manage Subscription." Select the product you would like to modify, then "Manage this subscription." You will find a drop down of available flavors you can choose from! This can be done anytime before your subscription is processed.
Oh no! If your flavor is out of stock, you can switch to a different flavor, or cancel the subscription until the flavor comes back.
Some products or flavors may go out-of-stock sooner than others due the popularity of the item. We are trying as hard as possible to keep a good rotation of flavors and products throughout the year. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
You can access your customer portal through your store account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by logging in directly through our website or app.
You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.
No worries at all! All of that information is available and can be modified directly inside your subscription portal as well.
Log into your account via the website, select "Manage Subscription", and modify your details in the "Address & Payment Details" area.
Please note, Buff Chick LLC cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or out-of-date address if the customer did not update the information inside the customer portal prior to the subscription processing.
Yes, of course you can! You can cancel an existing subscription any time you wish.
Simply log into your account via our website or app, select "Manage Subscription" and cancel or skip the subscription you wish directly in the subscription portal.
Please note, customers must cancel their subscriptions via their account. Cancellations made through your account provide a more immediate and reliable solution. Buff Chick LLC cannot be held responsible for subscriptions processed if not cancelled before the next order date.

If the order has not been picked up by USPS or UPS, we can still cancel your order.
If your order has been picked up, no worries! We will send a return label to send the item back once you receive it. Once the item is returned to us, a refund will be processed within 3-5 days upon receipt (minus shipping).

Simply ensure you are logged into your account with the same user name and password as the website, and navigate to "Account."
Your subscriptions will be found inside "My Subscriptins."
You can cancel, skip subscriptions, or modify your shipping address via the app. For a more detailed insight into your account or to change the frequency or flavors please log into your customer portal via our website.
