🌟 Meet Katie Orlic
At Buff Chick, our community is the heartbeat of everything we do. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Katie Orlic — an elite powerlifter, record holder, and all-around powerhouse who embodies the strength, spirit, and fun that Buff Chick is all about.
💪 Katie’s Daily Go-To Stack
Katie fuels her training with a lineup that keeps her strong and energized:
• Fried Vanilla Ice Cream Whey or Cherry Limeade Clear Protein
• Cotton Candy Pump (her absolute favorite!)
• Flourish
Her ride-or-die? Cotton Candy Pump >>>>>>> (yes, with all the enthusiasm you’d expect).
🌸 Never heard of Flourish? It's our PMS Support Supplement that includes Chasteberry, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6 which are shown to significantly reduce PMS symptoms like bloating, irritability, sleep disturbance, mood, cramping, calmness, and more, when taken daily.
Research shows full efficacy at 90 days however many customers report a noticable difference sooner.
🥤 Katie’s Recommendation: Clear Whey
When friends ask what Buff Chick product they should try, Katie doesn’t hesitate: Clear Protein.
“It’s SO smooth, no weird milky aftertaste, and I like to mix it with Sprite Zero for a little Fun Drink.”
We love that tip — it’s playful, refreshing, and totally Katie.
💜 Why Buff Chick?
For Katie, it’s not just about supplements.
“The community. Genuinely, this brand makes me feel SO welcome and so valued. I love that the team is small, and everyone is genuinely interested in how everyone else is doing.”
That sense of belonging is exactly what we strive to create.
👩🦰 Women-Owned, Women-Empowered
Katie shared what it means to her to see Buff Chick leading the way in a male-dominated industry:
“It means EVERYTHING. Seeing strong women in business, in the gym, and just in life is the representation we need. It’s also so important to have educated women at the forefront of an industry that preys on women’s insecurities.”
Her words remind us why we do what we do — to fuel women’s strength with confidence and care.
