Buff Chick Supplements Shipping, Return, and Exchange FAQ
At Buff Chick, we want to fuel your strength while also fueling your trust in us. If you aren't happy with your product, or have questions, we are here to help!
RETURN POLICY & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We hope you love Buff Chick Supplements as much as we do, but if you don't...let us make it right! If you aren't satisfied with your product, we can exchange it for another product of the same value or process a refund even if the product has been opened.
Eligibility Requirements
• Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Jars must be at least 80% full, or 80% of stickpacks/sachets must be unused in original packaging.
• Purchases must be made at buffchick.com—we don’t accept returns from third-party retailers.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Items that do not meet eligibility will not be considered for a return/exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
1. If your items meet the eligibility requirements above, submit your refund or exchange request to support@buffchick.com.
2. Once received and approved, refunds/exchanges (minus original shipping) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and is not refundable. Please wait for approval with the team before sending items back.
Note:
• Free shipping offers do not apply to returns.
• Policy abuse will result in a rejection of the return/exchange, account flagging or termination.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
This add-on (applied at checkout) covers lost, damaged, stolen packages, and covers the cost of returns.

• If Redo or SavedBy Package Protection is declined at checkout, we are not responsible for delivery issues or damages to your package. Please file a claim with the carrier for the damage.

GENERAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
Order Processing Time:
• Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). We appreciate your understanding and support, we are a small but mighty team and are working hard to get the orders out as soon as possible.
• During high-volume periods (like Buffy’s Birthday or Black Friday), processing may extend to 7–10 business days.
• Shipments to HI and AK may take 3–5 weeks.
Shipping Delays
• Delays with USPS or UPS can occur during holidays (we know, we hate it too). These are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
• Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please contact the carrier for questions regarding the speed, route, or details (we unfortunatley don't have additional details).
Delivery Issues
• If you used Redo or SavedBy Package Protection, file a claim per their instructions

Wrong Address
• If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us immediatley at support@buffchick.com with the new address and we will make the change for you!
• If it's already shipped, we unfortuantley are not able to cancel or reroute your order. Packages will not be resent or refunded.
Canceling Orders
Once an order has been packed, we can no longer cancel, edit, change the speed or address of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
We can ship to countries which allow the importation of supplements. However we have no control over the restrictions, customs, and shipping costs around supplements for each country.
Buff Chick LLC is a US-based manufacturer and distributor. If you are a non-US based customer purchasing and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are acting as importer of these goods to your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, ingredient restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours as an importer to check to see if your country allows the importation of the products you ordered (or wish to order).
Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are the responsibilty of the customer, and not assesed by us. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy. Any eligible refund will be for the price of the product(s) and will not cover the cost of shipping, customs, or any other return/processing fees.
