RETURN POLICY & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We hope you love Buff Chick Supplements as much as we do, but if you don't...let us make it right! If you aren't satisfied with your product, we can exchange it for another product of the same value or process a refund even if the product has been opened.
Exchanges and Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your product, we can exchange it for another product of the same value or process a refund.
Eligibility:
-An exchange or return must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Jar must be 80% full upon return.
-The purchase must be made from buffchick.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers
-International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully.
Returns:
If you would like to return your item for a refund, please send to the address below. Once your items are received and checked for eligibility, we will refund the order within 3-5 business days of receipt (minus shipping). The refund will be returned to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@buffchick.com and we will start a new order for you. A return label will be sent for the return of used product. Once the product has arrived and meets eligibility, the new item will be processed. No need for you to place a new order, we will take care of that for you!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
We stand behind this new policy and behind our products, however any abuse or repeated trend of policy abuse from an account will result in the customer account being flagged and possibly terminated. Buff Chick LLC reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the policy is abused as they see fit.

Shipping
We are committed to filling all orders within 5-7 business days of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). As of October 1st 2021, USPS will be intentionally delaying First Class packages. Packages may take 5-7 days to arrive after fulfillment.
During Buffy's Birthday Sale and Black Friday - fulfillment times become 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
Please note during holidays, USPS and UPS both experience delays in shipping times. This unfortunately is out of our control.
You will receive an shipping confirmation email directly from us when you order has been packed! The email will have the tracking number for your shipment. Please allow a few days for the tracking status to be updated by USPS or UPS.
Many times it has already started to move without any update on their website.

Yes! We can ship to countries which allow the importation of supplements.
We have no control over the restrictions around supplements for each country.
Buff Chick LLC is a US-based manufacturer and distributor. If you are a non-US based customer purchasing and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are acting as importer of these goods to your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, ingredient restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours as an importer to check to see if your country allows the importation of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy below.. Any eligible refund will be for the price of the product(s) described below, and will not cover the cost of shipping, customs, or any other return/processing fees
Packages returned to us by USPS or UPS based on user ordering error (typically an insufficient address or unit number) can be resent for an additional shipping charge (same as original charge). A refund will be processed (minus shipping) if desired.
International packages returned due to a failure to declare, failure/refusal to pay customs duties, or restricted entry will not be resent. The original cost of the goods (minus shipping) may be refunded if the package is received in its entirety and undamaged. Any packages returned with damaged goods, caused by failure to retrieve the package from customs or importing restricted goods will not be refunded.
International packages returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address can be resent if received in its entirety and undamaged for an additional shipping charge (same as original charge). A refund may be applied if the package is received in its entirety and undamaged (minus shipping).
No worries! This happens pretty frequently. USPS and UPS can often mark packages as delivered ahead of time in order to meet delivery targets, even while still in possession of them. It’s very likely to show up within the next 1-2 days. If it is a small order, this package will show up as parcel with the rest of your mail.

Sometimes packages stop moving abruptly, and unfortunately we do not have any control over the time, route, or updates provided by USPS or UPS.
If a domestic US package has not been marked as delivered after 4 weeks of being shipped, please reach out and we’ll replace the package for you. Note: if a package is marked as delivered, please see above.

Buff Chick LLC is not responsible for orders delivered the wrong address, based on user error.
Unfortunately, if an order has been placed with an incorrect address and subsequently delivered to that address, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for replacing or refunding the order. Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Protection is added during checkout.
Package protection is a layer of protection you may add against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the package protection is declined/removed upon checkout, Buff Chick LLC will not be held liable for packages not arriving, being stolen, or arriving damaged.
Packages will not be replaced or refunded if Package Protection is declined/removed during the checkout process.
