Ingredients
• Ice
• Lemonade
• Sour Lemon Creatine
• 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or sweetener of choice)
For the Matcha:
• 4 oz matcha powder
• 10 oz warm water (for paste)
• 32 -36 oz warm water (for whisking)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Glass
Fill a tall glass half full with lemonade. Mix in a scoop of Sour Lemon Creatine. Fill to the brim with ice. Pour in about 2 tablespoons of agave syrup.
Step 2: Make Your Matcha
Sift your matcha powder through a fine mesh strainer into a small bowl or mug to remove any clumps. Add 2-3 tablespoons of warm (not boiling) water and whisk into a smooth paste.
Pour in 6-8 oz of warm water and whisk vigorously for about 1 minute until frothy and fully combined. Set aside.
Step 3: Layer Like a Pro
