Buffy's Bulletin
Nothing better than a slow morning on the weekend accompanied by some delicious flapjacks. Only a few ingredients are required for this quick and easy recipe! This one came straight from @pancakegawd — our Buff Chick Chef's— kitchen, so you know it's full of protein so you can still hit your goals.
Buff Protein Pancakes
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 4 serving
213 calories
22g protein
22g carbs
3g fat
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops of Buff Whey, Birthday Cake
1 cup of white whole wheat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of sugar substitute
2 whole eggs
6 tbsp of egg whites
¼ cup of water
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, spray cooking spray and allow the skillet to heat up.
Using ½ measuring cup, pour batter onto the hot skillet and cook until golden on both sides. This should only take a couple of mins total. Repeat this process until you have 4 golden pancakes.

CHEF'S TIP:
Optional step: add toppings to your pancakes as desired.
Best eaten immediately after.
