30-60 minutes before training. Buff Pre contains caffeine (a stimulant), and may be best used for earlier sessions. Caffeine has been shown to increase alertness and may affect sleeping patterns if taken late in the day.

You may experience a feeling of tingling from the beta-alanine. This feeling, known as paresthesia, is harmless – but may feel unfamiliar!* We’ve added L-Theanine to limit the potential jitters and increased blood pressure caused by caffeine, however, if taken too late in the day, you may have difficulty falling asleep. If you experience any additional side effects, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

Buff Pre is vegan and vegetarian-friendly, non-GMO, and Gluten Free.

Buff Pre – only in the flavor Pineapple Coconut Margarita – does contain tree nuts, but does not include any of the other major food allergens.

Outside of the above flavor, Buff Pre does not contain major food allergens as recognized by the FDA (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans), however these supplements are manufactured in a facility that handles these allergens.
