Our delicious Birthday Short Stack can be made as pancakes in the morning, or if you prefer waffles, you can toss these ingredients into a waffle maker! As always, delicious but full of protein to help you meet those goals.
Buffy's Birthday Short Stack
MACROS (per serving):
281 calories
39g protein
11g carbs
9g fat
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop Birthday Cake Buff Whey
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp xantham gum
2 tbsp splenda (or powdered sweetener of choice)
1 pinch of salt
6 tbsp hot water
6 tbsp of egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined well.
Add liquid ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Cook on a griddle over medium heat (using butter or nonstick cooking spray).
Cook first side until firm and starting to brown. Flip and the cook other side until cooked through.
