JamaRR -- aka @pancakegawd -- has put together a tasty recipe with all the benefits of protein, a frozen hot chocolate! This an easy go-to recipe to ensure you're hitting those protein goals.
Frozen Hot Chocolate
MACROS (macros calculated using 1% milk):
1 scoop of Fudge Brownie Buff Whey - 100% Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup of ice (increase or decrease to consistency preference)
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
