A Fried Apple Smoothie for a fall dessert! It combines the warmth of fried vanilla apples with the creaminess of vanilla oat milk, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or post-workout treat. This recipe from our Buff Chick Chef (@pancakegawd) is simple and packed with protein to ensure you're hitting your protein goals.

Fried Apple Smoothie

MACROS (per serving):
Makes 1 servings
248 calories
25g protein
29g carbs
4g fat

INGREDIENTS:
28g of Buff Whey, Fried Vanilla Ice Cream
70g of green apples, skin removed and diced
60g of vanilla oat milk
1 cup of ice
1 tsp of brown sugar replacement
1 tsp of cinnamon
½ tsp of cardamom
½ tsp nutmeg
A very small pinch of salt
 
DIRECTIONS:
In a small skillet over medium heat, add the diced apples, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the apples are slightly browned and soft, stirring occasionally.

In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients along with the cooked apples and blend until you have a smooth consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
