Iced Capp Frappe
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 1 serving

25g protein
9g carbs
1g fat
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup of cold brew or chilled coffee
¼ cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of Buff Whey, Iced Cappuccino
¼ teaspoon of xantham gum
1 cup of ice
2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
CHEF'S TIP:
Increase or decrease the amount of ice to the preferred consistency.
Prefer a mocha? Swap almond milk for chocolate milk.
Feeling decadent? Top with light whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
