In celebration of our first birthday recently, we launched our newest flavor of Buff Whey... Birthday Cake!

Now that everyone's starting to receive this flavor in the mail, we thought we'd whip up a little somethin' somethin' when you want to get away from a simple protein shake or smoothie. JamaRR Royster – aka @pancakegawd – our strong friend, made us just the thing... No-Bake Protein Birthday Cake Bites! Each tasty bite has 8 grams of protein, and they're so easy to make!

No-Bake Protein Birthday Cake Bites

MACROS (per serving):
Makes 8 servings

14g carbs
8g fat

INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops Buff Chicks Birthday Cake Protein Powder
4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Stevia
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles4 Tbsp Water
½ Bag of White Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Then add all wet ingredients to the dry and form into a dough ball.

Divide the protein ball mix into 8-10 equal protein balls, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and set in the fridge for 30mins-1hr.

During this time you will need to melt your white chocolate by heating the white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, then take it out and give it a stir. Depending on your microwave, you might not see much change yet. Continue microwaving in 30-second bursts at medium power, stirring as needed.

Now the fun part: Remove protein balls from the fridge and dip in the white chocolate making sure to coat all of it (I used a spoon to dip it in the chocolate and to also remove it). Place the white chocolate protein ball onto the parchment paper and dress with the rainbow sprinkles.

Repeat this process until all protein balls are coated in white chocolate and topped off with rainbow sprinkles, then place back into the fridge for another 30 mins-1hr.

Serve and enjoy (place any extra protein balls in a ziplock bag or container and save this treat for later).

NOTES:
If the batter is too dry, add more water or coconut oil (a little at a time to find the right consistency).

If the batter is too loose, add more protein powder or coconut flour (a little at a time to find the right consistency).
