Our Buff Chick Chef — @pancakegawd — whipped up a refreshing summer treat! Our Orange Creamsicle Shake is not only a burst of citrusy goodness but it's also packed with protein to satisfy your taste buds and fuel your body.
Orange Creamsicle Shake
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 1 serving

48g protein
36g carbs
6g fat
INGREDIENTS:
28g of Buff Whey, Orange Creamsicle
70g of low-fat orange sherbet
1 tbsp of orange juice
50 ml of fat-free milk of choice
20g of zero sugar cool whip
125g of protein vanilla yogurt
2g of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine 25 ml of your milk, vanilla extract, cool whip, and yogurt. Once smooth and blended, transfer the milkshake into a glass/cup.
Next, add the orange sherbet, orange juice, 15-25 ml of the remaining milk, and Buff Whey Orange Creamsicle into the blender and mix. Pour into the same glass and enjoy!
OPTIONAL:
Top with whipped cream and an orange slice.
CHEF'S NOTE:
The thickness of the shake will depend on how much milk you use. Adjust to your liking.
