Follow the simple steps to create these tasty delights that feature the classic crisscross pattern and deliver a burst of peanut butter flavor in every bite.
Peanut Butter Buff Cookies
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 12 servings
50g of Buff Whey, Peanut Butter Cookie
150g of peanut Butter
100g of coconut Sugar
2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
¼ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the peanut butter and egg to the dry ingredients, then mix with a spatula or spoon until well blended. This should form a dough.
Form 12 evenly sized dough balls and place them 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in a crisscross pattern with the tines of a fork.
Bake for 9 minutes, then cool for 2 minutes on a baking sheet. Remove the cookies to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely, then enjoy!
If the dough ball is a little too sticky/wet, just add a small amount of protein powder to it or lightly sprinkle the countertop with flour and roll the dough through it.
The tines of a Fork means the elongated part of the fork.
