Our Buff Chick Chef, JamaRR - @pancakegawd - put together these delicious Cheesecake Protein Pancakes as a breakfast delight or just a yummy snack! This decadent recipe requires few ingredients and can be easily whipped up in a blender.
Protein Cheesecake Pancakes
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 5 servings (5 pancakes)
1 scoop of Buff Whey, Birthday Cake
52g of white whole wheat flour
1 whole egg
70g of egg white
113g of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1.5oz of cream cheese
1 tsp of baking powder
A pinch of sweetener, *stevia
A splash of milk, of choice
In a blender add in the eggs, egg whites, yogurt, and 1 oz of the cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
Add in all the dry ingredients (buff chick protein powder, flour, and baking powder). And blend until it is all well combined.
In a skillet on medium high heat, spray with cooking spray and pour in pancake mix from the blender to make one medium sized pancake.
Allow to cook until the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side. Repeat this 4 more times.
In a bowl add .5 oz of cream cheese with stevia and a splash of milk. Mix until well combined and enjoy with pancakes.
Top with anything you like!
The batter will look loose, that’s okay. The pancake will still form and hold its shape.
Toppings are not included in the macros.
