What better way to start your morning than with a protein-packed breakfast! Start your day with 55g of protein, yup you read that right- 55 grams! This delicious recipe was whipped up by yours truly, JamaRR Royster - aka @pancakegawd.
Oatmeal Bowl
MACROS:
491 calories
55g protein
46g carbs
9g fat
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of Buff Chick Oatmeal Cookie Protein
150g of Two Good vanilla greek yogurt
40g of Rolled oats
30g of Banana, sliced
5g of Chopped pecans
2 Sweet cherries, chopped
1 cup of Fat-free Fairlife milk
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a small pot, add the milk on medium high heat until it starts to boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, toss in the oats and stir occasionally for about 1 minute.
Remove the pot from the heat then add in the yogurt, oatmeal cookie protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
Mix these ingredients well.
Transfer oat mixture to a bowl, top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy warm.
