Buffy's Bulletin
A childhood favorite but with a guilt-free twist! Dirt cups full of protein and very few ingredients! Eat on your own or make it an activity and share it with your kiddos. It's packed with protein straight from our Buff Chick Chef's kitchen— @pancakegawd. You can individualize each cup and add as much dirt (or gummies) as you want!
Dirt & Worms
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 1 serving

28g protein
34g carbs
2g fat
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of Buff Whey, Fudge Brownie
10g of sugar and fat-free chocolate pudding powder
20g of Oreo O's cereal, crushed
7g of light whipped topping, room temp
60ml of fat-free fairlife milk
2 flavorful gummies
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, add the pudding mix, and Buff Whey, Fudge Brownie. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
Fold the whipped topping into the pudding very gently until it is all the same color.
Place about 1 tablespoon of the crushed cereal into the bottom of the cup, then add a dollop of pudding to the cup.
Repeat another layer of cereal, then pudding, ending with another layer of cereal.
Finish by adding 2 gummy worms to the top of the cup.
Put cups into the refrigerator for about one hour to chill or enjoy immediately.
