Indulge your sweet tooth with our tasty S'mores Cups from our Buff Chick Chef @pancakegawd! These irresistible treats are the perfect blend of dark chocolate chips, gooey marshmallows, and the crunch of crushed graham crackers. Follow this simple recipe with just a few ingredients and easy directions to create these bite-sized delights!
Protein-Packed S'mores Cups
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 12 servings

INGREDIENTS:
½ Scoop of Buff Whey, S'mores
275g of dark chocolate chips
28g Jet-puffed marshmallow creme
25g of graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp of refined coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
Line a standard sized muffin tin with paper liners or a baking sheet with 12 paper liners.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the refined coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute, and stir well. After 1 minute, heat in intervals if needed, stirring after each interval.
Scoop about half of a tablespoon of chocolate into each cup and spread it around the bottom and up the sides a little bit with a small spoon. Use your other hand to stabilize the cup as you’re doing this. Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes so the chocolate can harden.
Add the melted chocolate to the microwave again and heat for 20-30 seconds. Stir well and add the Buff Whey S’mores until well combined.
Microwave the puff marshmallow creme for 10-15 seconds, then spread the crushed graham crackers and marshmallow evenly throughout the cups.
Cover the rest of the cups with the remaining chocolate, spread it gently with a spoon, and place them back in the freezer for 10 minutes or until they’re set.
Enjoy eating them!
NOTES:
Store the s’more cups in the refrigerator or freezer (in a freezer safe container), not at room temperature.
Refined coconut oil works the best.
