INGREDIENTS:
3 scoops (84g) of Buff Whey, Caramel Sundae
35g of oat flour
2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
70g of almond butter
100-120ml of fat-free, unfiltered milk
Salted Caramel Layer:
60g of almond butter
1 tbsp of sugar-free maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Coating:
120g of dark chocolate
A drizzle of sugar-free caramel syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Mix Buff Whey Caramel Sundae, cocoa powder, and oat flour in a bowl. Add in the milk and 70g of almond butter, then mix until combined.
Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mix evenly into the pan. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
While the base layer is freezing, combine 60g of almond butter with salt and maple syrup. Then spread evenly over the base layer and freeze for 1-1.5 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the frozen bar from the freezer and cut into 6 bars.
Pour the chocolate over the bars or dip and coat them into the chocolate. Place on the baking sheet and place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
Lightly drizzle caramel over the top of the bars and enjoy or store in a sealed tight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
Note:
You can use peanut butter in place of almond, but it will change macros.
