Get ready for some of the best French toast with brioche bread! With the PB&J it makes it even more creamy and savory. French toast made simple from @pancakegawd — our Buff Chick Chef's— kitchen, so you know it's delicious and full of protein!
Stuffed PB&J Protein French Toast
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 2 serving

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of Buff Whey, Cinnamon Swirl
2 slices of brioche bread
2 tbsp of Concord grape jelly
1 tbsp of peanut butter or cookie butter
6 tbsp of egg whites
1 egg
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl, add egg whites, egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and Buff Whey, Cinnamon Swirl. Mix well until combined.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, spray with cooking spray and allow time for the skillet to warm up.
While the skillet is warming up, assemble the sandwich by spreading peanut or cookie butter on one side of the bread and jelly on the other (keeping most of the jelly in the center of the bread to prevent it from spilling out when cooked).
Place the sandwich in the protein mixture and flip, making sure both sides are evenly coated. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut the sandwich in half to serve.
