Buffy's Bulletin

We have a super simple recipe packed with tons of antioxidants straight from @pancakegawd — our Buff Chick Chef's — blender! The recipe calls for frozen fruit but you can also use fresh berries if you prefer. This can be a quick grab-n-go breakfast or a smoothie right after your workout with 30 grams of protein.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
28g or 1 scoop of Buff Whey, Birthday Cake
½ cup of frozen strawberries
½ cup of frozen blueberries or blackberries
½ cup of raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This should result in a consistency that isn’t as thick as a milkshake but requires a straw to drink.

Enjoy as is, or double up on this recipe and share it with a friend.

CHEF'S TIP:
A hint of lemon zest in the smoothie will give it a nice tang and boost the flavor.
