1. Sign Up - Hit the rewards icon at the bottom of the page and create an account or sign in with your Buff Chick account. If you've shopped with us before you should have points already waiting for you!

2. Earn Points - Get rewarded for every order (5 Buff Bucks for every $1 spent), new customer referral, and more. 

3. Redeem Rewards - Use your points for $$ off future orders.

🔍The nitty gritty on points

• You can redeem points for $$ off your next order in the form of a discount code. 100 points = $1 off (which is a lot better than other programs!) 

• To redeem, click the rewards icon at the bottom of our website then proceed to ways to redeem then redeem and select the amount of points you want to redeem.

• Your reward coupon works online and in the app! But you'll need to log in through the website to acess your rewards center. 

• Rewards can't be stacked with other discounts, used on subscriptions, or used during sales—but you’ll still earn points when you shop during those times.

Share your custom referral link (accessible through the rewards center) with friends. They'll get $5 off their first order. After their purchase you'll earn 500 points (worth $5 off) automatically.

❓FAQs

Do points expire?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earning or redeeming).

Can I use rewards during sales?

No. Points can't be redeemed and used during sales and cannot be combined with additional offers. However you can earn points while shopping during sales. 

Do you earn points on cancellations and returns?

No. If you cancel a purchase or return merchandise for which you earned Buff Bucks for, those points will be deducted from your balance. 

Do Buff Bucks have any cash value?

No. Buff Bucks have no cash value. Buff Bucks are not transferable to anyone else and may only be used by you with your account. 

Can I access my points in the app?

At this time the rewards center is only available on the website and not in the Buff Chick Supplements App. But don't fret. You'll still recieve points for any of your in-app purchases, you just cannot see the rewards center within the app.
