Does Buff Pre have any side effects?

You may experience a feeling of tingling from the beta-alanine. This feeling, known as paresthesia, is harmless – but may feel unfamiliar!* We’ve added L-Theanine to limit the potential jitters and increased blood pressure caused by caffeine, however, if taken too late in the day, you may have difficulty falling asleep. If you experience any additional side effects, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

Is Buff Pre vegan, vegetarian, non-GMO or Gluten Free?

Buff Pre is vegan and vegetarian-friendly, non-GMO, and Gluten Free.

Does Buff Pre contain any food allergens?

Buff Pre does not include any of the other major food allergens.

Outside of the above flavor, Buff Pre does not contain major food allergens as recognized by the FDA (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans), however these supplements are manufactured in a facility that handles these allergens.

Research supports that L-Tyrosine improves cognition (including focus and memory) during acute stress, and potentially mitigates some neurological fatigue.* Caffeine creates alertness and wakefulness, as well as reducing the perception of fatigue.* The combination of Caffeine + L-Theanine promotes cognition and attention, and L-Theanine may reduce the high blood pressure and jitters caused by caffeine.*

Energy

Research supports that L-Citrulline, DL-Malate (2:1) and Beta Alanine reduce the perception of fatigue.* Research also shows that Caffeine creates alertness and wakefulness, as well as reducing the perception of fatigue.*

Strength

Research supports that L-Citrulline, DL-Malate (2:1) increases work capacity and reduces perception of fatigue – allowing for more work/reps to be done – which can lead to strength gains.* Betaine increases power output and strength performance, as well as supports strength and/or mass gains through minor increases in work capacity (volume/endurance) and potential attenuation of lactate production.*

Research supports that L-Citrulline is turned into L-Arginine, which increases nitric oxide in the body.
