The 2026 Buff Chick Spokesmodel Competition Is Over: Meet Your Winner & Runner-Ups

Liz Williams-Vance, Alina Loehr, and Tierra Dongieux at the 2026 Buff Chick Spokesmodel photoshoot in Austin, TX

She Won. You Voted. Now Meet Her.

This past April, you showed up. You voted, you shared, you rallied around the women in your corner, and the traffic you drove to this site during the competition was something we won't forget. This community does not play.

Now that the votes are counted, the winner is crowned, and all three finalists have come out to Austin for a weekend with our athletes and founder Meg… it's time for the moment you've been waiting for.

Meet Liz Williams-Vance, your 2026 Buff Chick Spokesmodel winner. And meet her alongside runner-ups Alina Loehr and Tierra Dongieux – three women who, honestly, all left their mark on this community and on everyone who got to spend that weekend with them.

Before we get into it: if you found this post through one of their pages, welcome. Drop your email below and become a part of the community that made all of this possible.

The Weekend in Austin

Buff Chick Spokesmodel finalists with founder @megsquats in Austin, TX

All three finalists flew into Austin for a weekend that was equal parts professional shoot and genuine hangout. They worked out together, sipped on new flavors, made content alongside the Buff Chick athletes, had dinner and a game show night, and capped it off at Barton Springs on Sunday morning with our founder Meg.

The vibe? Exactly what you'd hope for from a community built on women lifting each other up.

Here's what each of them had to say.

Liz Williams-Vance: 2026 Buff Chick Spokesmodel Winner – @livfit.withliz

Liz Williams-Vance: 2026 Buff Chick Spokesmodel Winner – @livfit.withliz – in Austin TX

Liz is a jiu jitsu athlete and strength coach, and the way she found the Spokesmodel Search is honesty kinda perfect.

"I was actually on the Buff Chick website looking for sponsorship opportunities for my jiu jitsu tournaments," she shared. "And it happened to be the *exact* same time Buff Chick launched the spokesmodel search. So I thought, 'what the hell' – this could be it."

It was.

On what the Buff Chick community means to her:
"It means celebrating women. Lifting each other up and empowering one another to do amazing things. Getting stronger alongside other badass, confident, and outspoken women. Being a part of it makes me feel empowered and inspired."

On how strength training changed her life:
"I used to constantly compare my body to other women in college. I was super insecure and the only reason I lifted was for looks. Once I started strength training to get stronger, more athletic, and push my body's capabilities – that's when I started really having fun and felt true empowerment."

And as a first-time mom? That carries into everything. "I'm able to rough house with my toddler, carry him, and chase him around without it taking everything out of me. I also want my kids to grow up with exercise being a normal part of everyday life. I love being that example for him."

Her reaction when she found out she was selected:
"I believe the words were… 'OH MY F***ING GOD, I WON.' A lot of jumping up and down and then just shock for the next week."

Her favorite memory from Austin:
Between shooting content with the athletes ("pretending to lift heavy and cheering each other on"), dinner with everyone, and closing out the weekend at Barton Springs – a place her family used to visit when she was a kid – Liz said the thing that stood out most was how welcomed she felt from the moment she arrived. "I haven't been this social in a very long time, so I was a bit nervous. Once we got to the gym, it felt normal and I was able to relax."

Her advice to women who feel intimidated by the gym:
"Start small. Pick 1–3 exercises and a comfy corner in the gym. Put on your headphones and focus on YOUR journey. You can do hard things."

What she wants the Buff Chick community to know:
"This experience was way better than I ever could have imagined and really lit a fire in me for my own coaching business. After having my baby I've really struggled to get back into content – and this whole experience just threw me back in. To all the Buff Chick athletes: y'all are f***ing AMAZING and I hope we meet again."

Alina Loehr: Runner-Up – @buffpandalina

Alina Loehr: Runner-Up – @buffpandalina – in Austin TX

Alina came into this competition with a mission that's bigger than a title: she wanted to create more queer representation in the fitness industry, and to show that fitness is about what your body can do, not what it looks like.

"I wanted to inspire more women to get out there and take up space," she said.

Her story is one of the most full-circle transformations you'll hear. Before her fitness journey, Alina was pre-diabetic and, by her own description, extremely shy. Strength training didn't just improve her health – it found her a career. "I loved it so much that I left my retail job to become a trainer to help others find their own strength."

On what the Buff Chick community means to her:
"It means having a place where I can show up for myself and for others, and where people can see themselves represented and know that they belong here too."

On what surprised her most about the Austin weekend:
"How kind everyone was. They all made me feel comfortable and as part of the crew. Everyone just matched a vibe and it was comforting and relaxing."

Her favorite memory:
"Barton Springs with Meg, Tierra, and Liz on Sunday morning, and the game show we did Saturday night. It was so silly and fun. I'm not a strong swimmer but we swam *most of* the length of Barton Springs – OH MY GOD I have never swam so much in my life."

Her advice for women on the fence about starting:
"It's okay to be afraid, it's okay to be intimidated. But don't let it keep you from what you want to do. Go find some dumbbells, a barbell, a machine – and find out what you're capable of."

What she wants the community to know:
"Thank you for creating a space where people can be themselves. Strength training can be intimidating, and Buff Chick is helping change that. I hope more people see that they deserve a seat at the table."

Tierra Dongieux: Runner-Up – @tierramfit

Tierra Dongieux: Runner-Up – @tierramfit – in Austin TX

Tierra came into 2026 with one intention: growth. More of herself on social media. More of her journey out in the world. More willingness to say yes to things that felt scary.

"The Buff Chick Spokesmodel Search fit the bill of 'get my journey and myself out there,'" she said. "So I thought, why not try?"

Her reaction when she found out she was selected?
She was mid-classroom, best friend from work by her side, and promptly lost the ability to form sentences. "I just responded with a bunch of gibberish, because I truly couldn't believe it."

On what the Buff Chick community means to her:
"Being a part of the Buff Chick community means taking up space unapologetically. It means empowering others to go for their goals, even if they're scared. Everyone deserves to feel like they belong – and the Buff Chick community does exactly that."

On how strength training has shaped her outside the gym:
"It's taught me how to dig deep when life gets tough. How to stay resilient when things may not go the way they were originally planned. How to trust the process. It's also been the one thing that would get me out of bed on my hardest days."

Her favorite memory from Austin:
"The team dinner and game show experience after. Getting to connect with the girls over good food, taking pre-dessert pictures, and engaging in healthy competition was just so much fun. Everyone was so kind and encouraging... just all around girls' girls."

Her advice for women starting their strength journey:
She came with three: 1. Start small. "Literally just be 1% better than yesterday; whether that's driving to the gym and walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes, or doing 2–3 exercises with dumbbells." 2. Everyone starts as a beginner. "That baddie squatting 185 lbs? She had to start somewhere. When you reframe your mindset about strength training, it becomes significantly less intimidating." 3. This is your journey. "Don't let comparison steal the show. There is no 'set date' written anywhere that says you must be so far along."

What she wants the Buff Chick team and community to know:
"I learned so much – how to shoot content, how to pose for professional pictures, and how to just be *me* and not worry about what others may think. This is just the start for me, and I'm truly so grateful."

This Is What Buff Chick Is About

Three women. Three different stories. One community that keeps showing up for women who are doing the work – in the gym, in life, and for each other.

That's not an accident. That's what happens when you build something with a real mission behind it.

Whether you found Buff Chick through a vote this spring, through Liz's page, Alina's, or Tierra's – you're here now. And this community has a seat for you.
