Banana Pudding Milkshake

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop (28g) of Buff Whey, Banana Cream Pie
1 medium sized banana (optional: frozen)
120 ml of reduced-fat protein milk
1 tbsp of banana cream instant pudding
1 vanilla wafer cookie
½ cup of ice
DIRECTIONS:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix everything until it’s well combined.
Pour the milkshake into a cup and top with whipped cream and vanilla wafer crumbs.
