This brownie batter hummus is perfect for sweet and salty treats, made with our Vegan Protein for all our plant-based Buff Chicks. Store this treat in an airtight container, and refrigerate and enjoy for up to one week!
Brownie Batter Dessert Hummus
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 6 serving

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop of Vegan Protein, Fudge Brownie
1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas
2 tbsp of unsalted almond butter
1 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder
2 tbsp of simple truth chocolate peanut butter powder
3-4 tbsp of sugar-free syrup
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of stevia
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In the food processor, combine all the ingredients and process for 1 minute, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then process for another minute or until blended smooth.
If the hummus is too thick or still has tiny bits of chickpea (with the food processor turned on) slowly add 1 to 3 tablespoons of almond milk until you are happy with the consistency.
Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed. Spoon chocolate hummus into a bowl and top with sea salt (fruit is optional). Store homemade hummus in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
*Pretzel chips and strawberries are a great addition to this dish.
