If you’re here because you follow Kendall, welcome... we’re really glad you found your way here!

And if you’ve been part of the Buff Chick community for a while, we’re excited to officially introduce you to one of our newest athletes: Kendall Aaliyah.

Kendall isn’t just a bodybuilder. She’s a coach, a creator, a business owner, and someone who believes deeply in the power of strength – not just for how it shapes your body, but for how it shapes your confidence, identity, and sense of self.

Before we talk supplements, discounts, or anything else… we want you to get to know her.

From Sports Kid to Bodybuilder (and Everything in Between)

Kendall grew up in a family where movement was just part of life. Gymnastics, platform diving, pole vaulting... if it involved athleticism, she probably tried it.

But it was in high school that the gym became something more.

“The gym very quickly became my safe space and #1 hobby...where I could work on me, for me.”

That love of self-improvement eventually led her to bodybuilding at just 17 years old, starting in bikini and growing into a lifelong passion for sculpting strength through intentional training and nutrition.

Today, Kendall is a 2x nationally qualified bodybuilder, a certified personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience, and an online coach who shares her journey through content, coaching, YouTube, and her podcast; all with the goal of helping others feel more confident in their own skin.

Strength Changed More Than Her Physique

What drew Kendall to bodybuilding wasn’t just competition... it was transformation.

As a self-conscious teenager, learning that she could intentionally change her body through training and nutrition gave her something far more powerful than aesthetics: ownership.

“Bodybuilding completely flipped my confidence around and allowed me to find myself.”

That belief still shows up in everything she does today – from how she coaches clients to how she talks about strength online. For Kendall, lifting has always been about building confidence from the inside out.

More Than an Athlete: Creator & Business Owner

Outside of the gym, Kendall is also a business owner and creative.

She’s the founder of Midnight Motive, a clothing brand built around confidence, expression, and showing up as yourself; values that mirror how she approaches training and life.

It’s another way she encourages people to take up space and move with intention.

She’s also deeply invested in education and conversation. Kendall co-hosts the Know Your Power Podcast, where she and fellow Buff Chick athlete Julia Rene explore strength, mindset, growth, and what it really means to build confidence over time.

If you’re looking for a place to start, a great first episode is when Kendall and Julia interviewed our founder, Meg Squats, diving into training, business, and redefining strength on your own terms.

What Being a “Buff Chick” Means to Kendall

For Kendall, being a Buff Chick isn’t about fitting into a box... it’s about expanding what’s allowed.

“Being a Buff Chick encapsulates what it is to be both feminine and strong – how you can be both and express both sides of yourself as one.”

That’s why this partnership works. Buff Chick exists to remind women that strength is for everyone, that performance doesn’t have to come at the expense of self-expression, and that you don’t have to shrink yourself to belong.

Why Kendall Chose Buff Chick

Kendall is intentional about what she puts in her body... and who she aligns with.

She looks for supplements that:
- Taste great
- Actually support performance

But beyond products, alignment mattered most.

“I’ve absolutely loved every product I’ve tried – both on the flavor front and on the results front. I also love Meg, what she stands for, and the team of strong, badass women Buff Chick has developed.”

This partnership isn’t about quick promos. It’s about shared values, long-term trust, and supporting women who train – seriously.

Welcome... We’re Glad You’re Here!

If you’re new to Buff Chick through Kendall, here’s what you can expect:

– Honest education around training, nutrition, and supplementation
– Products built for performance, not pressure
– A community that celebrates strength, femininity, and expression

When you’re ready to check them out, Kendall will be sharing about her favortie products – but we’re glad you took a moment to get to know the person behind the code first.
