Protein-Packed Anabolic Overnight Oats Recipe

Welcome to Buffy's Bulletin, our brand new blog where we'll share delicious recipes, education on supplements, and the stories of strong women in sports.

In honor of our newly launched Buff Whey – our 100% Whey Protein Isolate – we're sharing a delicious, and protein-packed, recipe that uses our Strawberry Banana flavored protein powder. One of our favorite ways to make sure we're eating enough protein each day is to start the day strong with a high protein breakfast. This breakfast recipe does exactly that by providing you with a whopping 26 grams of protein!
