Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop Rainbow Sherbet Clear Protein
- 2 cups fruit juice of choice (pineapple, fruit punch, or OJ)
- ½ cup frozen mixed fruit
- ¼ cup water (optional, to thin)
Directions:
Step 1: Mix Your Protein BaseIn a large bowl or pitcher, whisk together your fruit juice and 1 scoop of Rainbow Sherbet Clear Protein until fully dissolved with no clumps.
A shaker bottle works great here too — shake it up and you're ready to pour. If the mixture feels a little thick, add up to ¼ cup of water to loosen it up.
Step 2: Load Up Your Molds With FruitDrop a few pieces of frozen mixed fruit into each popsicle mold cavity. Keep the pieces small so they distribute evenly and don't block your sticks from going in straight. These little fruit pieces are going to give you the most satisfying pops of flavor as you eat. 🍓
Step 3: Fill the MoldsPour your protein-juice mixture into each mold, filling about 90% full — leave a little room at the top for expansion as they freeze. Tap the molds gently on the counter a few times to knock out any air bubbles.
Step 4: Insert Sticks & FreezeInsert your popsicle sticks and pop the molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or overnight for best results. Patience is a virtue, babe.
🧊Step 5: Unmold & EnjoyRun warm water over the outside of the mold for 10–15 seconds, then gently pull your popsicles free.
Enjoy immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
