Protein-Packed S'mores Brownies

INGREDIENTS:
Dry:
86g of Buff Whey, S’mores
60g of white whole-wheat flour
10g cocoa powder
Wet:
272g bananas
390g of black beans, drained
2 whole eggs
50g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
50g of organic natural peanut butter
Toppings:
60g of mini marshmallows
16g of honey graham crackers
1 ½ chocolate bar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the dry mix to a food processor followed by all the wet ingredients.
Blend everything until well combined, scraping the sides down as needed. Toss in 25g of marshmallows and blend for a few seconds.
Pour brownie mixture into a 9x13 lined baking dish and cook in the oven for 16-18mins.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, and set the temperature to broil. Scatter the toppings (crush the graham crackers and break up the chocolate bar) on top of the brownies and bake in the oven for another 1-2 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool and then cut them into 12 pieces. These brownies are best served warm.
