It feels good to indulge in chocolatey goodness when it comes from @pancakegawd — our Buff Chick Chef's — kitchen! These Cosmic Brownie Overnight Oats (made with Vegan Protein!) will satisfy any sweet craving while also helping you hit 40 grams of protein. Prep them the night before for a quick breakfast, or keep them in the fridge for a delicious snack whenever you want!
Cosmic Overnight Oats
MACROS (per serving):
Makes 1 serving
450 calories
40g protein
58g carbs
11g fat
INGREDIENTS:
45g of rolled oats (sub in Kodiak Cake Rolled Oats if you don’t need the recipe to be vegan and you want more protein!)
1 scoop of Vegan Protein, fudge brownie
70g of silk dairy-free yogurt
25g of sugar free syrup
70ml of oat milk (plus a bit more for a splash later on)
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
15g of lily's dark chocolate chip (dairy-free)
1 tsp of colorful sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl or jar mix together oats, vegan brownie protein, yogurt, syrup, oat milk and cocoa powder.
Combine all ingredients into an airtight container or jar. Store in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Remove oats from the fridge and melt the chocolate chips with a splash of oat milk in a microwave in 10-15 second increments. Repeat as needed until the Chocolate is silky smooth.
Pour chocolate over top of the oats and top with sprinkles.
