User Generated Content Guidelines

What You Get
• A $5 credit to your account for each video you post on TikTok between 6/9 and 6/16.
• Up to $25 – you can create and tag 5 videos (it can be for the same product, doesn’t have to be 5 different products)

What Buff Chick Gets
• Videos from you, sharing about your real experiences as a Buff Chick Supplements customer, using the below content format.

Content Format
Each TikTok must:
• Include a Buff Chick Supplements product you purchased
• Be recorded in the front seat of your car with good lighting [example 1, example 2, example 3]
• Begin with one of the below hooks
• Be under 60 seconds long
• Tag @buffchicksupps in the caption
• If you are in the Creator program, please tag the product from TikTok Shop in the video as well

Hooks to Choose From:

If you’re struggling with [a problem], [Buff Chick product] might be just what you need!

Example 1 – If you’re struggling to get enough protein in your diet, Buff Coffee might be just what you need!
Example 2 – If you’re struggling to have energy for workouts, Buff Pre might be just what you need!
Example 3 – If you’re struggling to drink enough water, Hydropack might be just what you need!

Example 1 – I’m never going back to regular coffee now that I’ve had Buff Coffee.
