While you can use Buff Greens at any time of the day, the ingredients can support natural energy, so it could be most ideal to take in the morning.

You can use one scoop of Buff Reds at any time of the day.

The research on Ashwagandha – an ingredient within the formula of Buff Greens – shows that it may lower blood pressure. Caution should be taken when combining with other herbs and supplements that may also lower blood pressure (e.g. casein peptides, fish oil, L-arginine, theanine, etc.).

Wheatgrass – an ingredient in Buff Greens – can cause nausea, appetite loss, and constipation. May lower blood sugar which can impact diabetics and blood sugar levels during surgery.

Spirulina – an ingredient in Buff Greens – could cause mild cases of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, fatigue, headache, and dizziness.

Chlorella – an ingredient in Buff Greens – could cause mild cases of diarrhea, nausea, gas (flatulence), green discoloration of the stools, stomach cramping, and increased skin sensitivity to the sun.

Those with latex allergies may also react to papaya, which is included in Buff Reds.

Consuming acai – which is included in Buff Reds – might affect MRI test results. If you use acai products and are scheduled for an MRI, check with your healthcare provider.
