BUFF CHICK SPOKESMODEL SEARCH — OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Must have a valid government-issued ID and be able to travel within the U.S. Employees, contractors, ambassadors, and immediate family members of Buff Chick Supplements ("Sponsor") are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Campaign Timeline
Submission Period: April 6, 2026 – April 15, 2026
Finalist Announcement: April 17, 2026
Public Voting Period: April 17, 2026 – April 30, 2026
Winner Announcement: On or around May 2, 2026

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following:

Visit the official landing page and complete the entry form (above), including submitting a link to your video. 
Post a video on Instagram sharing one of the following:
- Why you identify with Buff Chick
- Why you want to live a day in the life

Follow @buffchicksupplements on Instagram.
Tag @buffchicksupplements in the video post.

Optional: Comment on the official campaign post to receive the application link via DM. 

Entry Limits: One entry per person. Additional posts will not increase chances of winning.

Content Requirements: Video must be original, created by the entrant, and publicly viewable for the duration of the entire campaign (through April 30, 2026). Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe content may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. Finalist Selection
On or around April 17, 2026, the Buff Chick team will select finalists based on the following criteria: authenticity, creativity, alignment with Buff Chick values, and clarity of message. Finalists will be announced on Buff Chick's social media channels and featured in the public voting gallery.

5. Public Voting
Voting will take place on the official Buff Chick voting page beginning April 17, 2026.

Each person may cast one (1) vote per day per device for the duration of the voting period.

Voting closes April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

Votes cast via bots, scripts, proxy services, or any automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify votes determined to be fraudulent or manipulated.

The finalist with the most legitimate votes at the close of the voting period will be named the winner. In the event of a tie or suspected fraud, Sponsor reserves the right to make the final determination.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: 
- Travel: Round-trip airfare within the U.S. + hotel accommodations (details determined by Sponsor)
- Photoshoot: Professional photoshoot with 3–4 Buff Chick athletes
- Workout: Training session with Buff Chick athletes
- Dinner: Team dinner with Buff Chick staff and athletes
- Content: Behind-the-scenes content + social media feature
- Products: Free Buff Chick products for the remainder of 2026 (details and quantity determined by Sponsor)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The “six (6) months of complimentary supplements” is subject to the following conditions:
- Supplements will be provided for a period of six (6) consecutive months following Winner confirmation.
- Fulfillment will occur via monthly product shipments or store credit, as determined solely by Sponsor.
- The total value of supplements is capped at $250 per month (or $1,500 total maximum retail value), as determined by Sponsor.
- Product selection is subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s discretion.
- The supplement benefit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
- Any unused portion of the monthly supplement allotment will not roll over or accumulate.
- Winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and must reside in the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of total prize: $2,500 USD.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and/or the email address provided in their entry form within 5 days of the close of the voting period.

The winner must respond within 48–72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

8. Travel Requirements
Winner must be available to travel on dates selected by Sponsor. Sponsor will coordinate flights and accommodations. Winner is responsible for any required travel documents and personal expenses not explicitly covered by Sponsor. If the winner cannot travel, the prize may be forfeited.

9. Rights & Usage of Content
By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their entry content (including video) for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes in any media, now or hereafter known, without additional compensation.

10. Data & Privacy
Information collected via the entry form will be used solely for campaign administration and marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control compromise the integrity of the campaign. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; internet or platform outages; or social media platform malfunctions.

12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss, or damage related to participation or prize acceptance, travel-related risks, and social media platform issues.

13. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. All questions and concerns regarding this promotion should be directed to Buff Chick Supplements, not to any social media platform.

14. Governing Law
This campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
